If you’re looking for a specialty cocktail for Valentine’s Day, our team has put together two unique cocktails using our own herbs, spices, and peppercorns. Can’t decide whether you’re pro or anti-Valentine’s Day this year? We have you covered with two options! A floral, pink and red-hued, citrusy + sweet drink featuring tequila – or a chocolatey, peppery, spicy + dark cocktail with oaky bourbon. Cheers!


These beverages are gluten-free, additive-free, salt-free, and vegan.


Pink + Sweet

Simple Syrup Ingredients + Instructions:
In a cheesecloth, tea bag, or muslin bag, combine the following:
  1. Dissolve ½ cup granulated sugar with ½ cup very hot water
  2. Place spice cloth or bag into simple mixture
  3. Let sit for 10 – 20 minutes
  4. Squeeze out all simple from the spice bag, and let cool

Note: If you don't have access to the above tools, combine all ingredients and let sit for 10-20 minutes and then strain with fine mesh strainer.

To make one cocktail, combine:

  • 1.5 oz. blanco tequila
  • 1 oz. pink + sweet simple syrup
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice
  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds
  3. Strain and pour into coupe glass, top with rosebuds

 

Dark + Spicy

Simple Syrup Ingredients + Instructions:
In a cheesecloth, tea bag, or muslin bag, combine the following:
  1. Dissolve ½ cup granulated sugar with ½ cup very hot water
  2. Place spice cloth or bag into simple mixture
  3. Let sit for 10 – 20 minutes
  4. Squeeze out all simple from the spice bag, and let cool
To make one cocktail, combine:
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 oz. dark + spicy simple syrup
     1. Combine dark + spicy simple syrup with bourbon, stir with ice
     2. Pour into your favorite bourbon glass + top with Urfa Biber for an extra kick
