Enjoy this summertime favorite with a twist! Our Gin + Tonic features a homemade herby, citrus simple syrup that pairs nicely with both juniper-forward and cucumber-forward gins.

This beverage is gluten-free, additive-free, salt-free, and vegan.

Rosemary Citrus Simple Syrup (about 6 servings):

1 T. each Lemon Zest, Lime Zest, Orange Zest, Rosemary

½ cup gran sugar, ½ cup very hot water

 To make:

  1. Combine lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest, and rosemary in a muslin bag, cheesecloth, or tea filter
  2. Place into hot water and let sit for at least 20 minutes
  3. Squeeze bag or filter to ensure as much liquid from the simple syrup mix is available

Cocktail (1 serving):

2 oz. gin

.75 oz. rosemary citrus simple syrup

.75 oz. lemon juice (lime juice pairs nicely too)

8 oz. ice

Topped with tonic

To make:

  1. Combine gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a 12 oz. glass
  2. Gently stir and top with tonic
  3. Garnish with orange or lemon and lime and enjoy!
