- In a small sauce pot, add oil + chile flakes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, keeping the heat on low to ensure you are infusing and not frying.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Enjoy! Try drizzling it over hummus platters, Middle Eastern Layer Dip, Turkish Egg + more!
