Our set leads with Baharat, a staple spice blend in Middle Eastern cuisine, used as a spice rub for beef and lamb or mixed into soups, sauces, lentils, and pilafs. We've included Dukkah, the nutty Egyptian mixture we love to eat simply with oil and bread or roasted over cauliflower. Our Syrian Za'atar, unlike its Israeli counterpart, contains cumin and paprika. Sprinkle it over hummus or use it as an all-purpose condiment blend in Middle Eastern style cooking. Finally, our Advieh Spice Blend has a warm and lightly sweet flavor and is perfect for a Persian style stew or roasted leg of lamb. You can also try it in a traditional rice and chicken dish or add a pinch to your morning omelette or fritatta.
