Korean Barbecue Rub
This spice rub is delicious on grilled beef...or any other meat! It combines common ingredients in authentic Korean cooking, including the bright red Korean Chile Pepper Flakes, Gochugaru. We balanced the heat from the chile pepper flakes with sweetness from brown sugar, helping with caramelization of the meat and multiple layers of flavor.

My husband and I always keep this rub on hand. The perfect amount of spices and sugar for a gorgeous caramelization — it makes for a favorite pork tenderloin or chicken wings/thighs preparation! We have yet to try on ribs but it’s on the list. 10/10 recommend! We go through the large bag in no time.
It's fantastic! We always use it on grilled chicken but recently used it on scallops which we sautéed and they were excellent. A nice combination of sweet and spicy.
There is nothing this can't go on. I don't eat meat but love this so much!!! Had it so far on eggs, tofu, fries, popcorn, sprinkled on ramen, baked Mac. Will be buying over and over.
