Mustard Seeds - Yellow
Yellow mustard seeds are commonly used in American and European cooking. The raw seed has no scent but once cooked they release an earthy aroma. Used to make corned beef or in your favorite pickling recipe. A wonderful addition to many sauces including hollandaise and mayonnaise. Grind it fresh for use in making your own homemade mustard. Add towards the end of cooking your meal to retain the heat.
