Vietnamese Pork Rub
Ideal for adding an exotic flair to pork, we love this rub on pork tenderloin for a Bahn Mi sandwich or rubbed on pork chops with some vegetable oil for a delicious marinade. It's also delicious in chicken or pork lettuce wraps. The flavor is warm, sweet, and citrusy with a bit of heat. The aroma alone will transport you to a Vietnamese eatery. We recommend about 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
