A soy-based Chinese-style cooking sauce and marinade filled with umami, Mama Fong’s original homestyle recipe is developed and used daily at our restaurants in all of our main dishes, such as stir-fried noodles, rice, and veggies. It’s best used with noodles, rice, meats, fish, tofu, veggies, or as a marinade for any protein.
