Cleaver: Ideal for cutting semi-hard to hard cheeses such as cheddar, gruyere, and fontina. 8" x 1.5".
Cheese Knife: A great multi-purpose tool with a narrow blade for soft cheeses and a pronged end for plating and serving. 8.75" x 0.75".
Spreader: The dull blade makes it perfect for spreading creamy, spreadable cheeses onto crackers or bread. 6.5" x 0.75".
Materials: Handcrafted oak wooden handle, Stainless steel blade with brushed gold finish.
Care: Hand-wash only using a mild detergent. Towel dry with a soft cloth and oil handles with wood oil when necessary.
