That extra special thing!

We first visited the Skordo store in Portland in 2021 and this salt is one the first things we bought, and then we were hooked for life! We've tried many other smoked salts before and none compared to this. It's fine, so a little goes a very long way - making even a 1/4 c jar last a while. It's got an incredible smokey flavor that doesn't get lost and is still detectable once cooked. It's perfect on steaks!
