An intense fragrance and flavor accompanies this hand-harvested fleur de sel from Île de Ré, in which Vinzu incorporates small Bordeaux mushrooms.
This fleur de sel goes wonderfully with omelets, cooking broth, fried vegetables, white meats and grilled meats.
