Our Israeli Za'atar can be used as a condiment, simply stirred with olive oil and served on flatbread, and you can also incorporate it in many authentic dishes. Unlike Syrian Za'atar, this Israeli version contains toasted sesame seeds and therefore goes nicely on meatballs, kebabs, and veggies. It also makes a wonderful dry rub for roasted chicken. If you want a snack, sprinkle some over your popcorn for a unique taste.
