Thai Chile Peppers - Dried
Thai chiles, with their lingering high heat and slightly fruity flavor, are essential to many signature Thai dishes. Add the dried chiles to broths, curries, noddle dishes, and stir-frys for authentic flavor or chop them and use them in pastes and dips. You may also enjoy these Thai Chiles when blended with lime juice, sugar and fish sauce for a light chicken and fish marinade.
