To rehydrate for use: Place contents of package in a small mixing bowl. Pour 1 cup of hot water over mushrooms and let soak for half an hour or until soft. For maximum flavor, use only as much water as mushrooms will absorb. Use any remaining water as delicious concentrated mushroom stock!
