Porcini Mushrooms - Dried


Dried Porcini Mushrooms have an intense, smoky flavor with a rich fragrance and noticeable umami characteristic. Add them to soups, stews, simmering sauces, stocks, and braising liquids for added depth and body. They also lend a savory note to poultry and stuffing. These dried mushrooms can be substituted for fresh mushrooms when not in season, so add them to any mushroom friendly dish. We personally love mushroom risotto!
