Panch Phoron


Our Panch Phoron has a hot and complex taste. It makes both a delicious rub for meats and a nice addition to Indian stews. Sprinkle it on vegetables or other "carb-like" foods like naan bread for a great flavor. If you want an authentic Indian meal, use Panch Phoron to flavor hot cooking oil before adding the rest of your ingredients, or add it to clarified butter and pour it over your meal before serving.
