Nora Chile Peppers - Dried


Nora Chiles, with their mild and pleasant earthy flavor, are the most commonly used chile peppers in Spanish cuisine. Once rehydrated, they can flavor soups, stews, and sauteed vegetables. They also go nicely with chicken, chorizo sausage, and seafood. Many people use them to add a beautiful, deep red color to dishes. We do suggest you de-seed them before using so they don't become bitter.
