Guajillo Chile Peppers - Dried


Guajillo chiles, with their tangy and pleasantly sharp taste, are the second most popular chile in Mexico. Combine them with Ancho and Pasilla chiles to make Mole sauce or use them in butter or pastes to flavor chicken and other meats. Try soaking and blending the chiles to make an incredible enchilada sauce or simply crumble them into your stews for added flavor. If you enjoy North African cuisine, Guajillos are used to make Harissa, the popular Tunisian hot chile paste.
