The taste: This medium-heat hot sauce packs a zap from red chile peppers and a dash (and just a dash) of ghost pepper. It is vibrant and zesty with a pleasant lingering heat. Use it to elevate tacos, pizza, chicken, omelettes, nachos and white fish. It is also great used as an ingredient or marinade for easily amping up a recipe.
