California Chile Peppers - Dried


California chiles are considered somewhat mild, only slightly hotter than the common bell pepper. After rehydrating, process them in a food processor to make a great salsa or marinade. They are also a great partner for egg-based and vegetable dishes. Add them to a red sauce next time you make enchiladas - you will be happy you did!
