Baharat Spice Blend
Description
Baharat, a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine, means "spice" in Arabic. You can use it as a rub for lamb, fish, chicken, or beef or add it to soups, tomato sauces, lentils, rice pilafs, and couscous. Mix Baharat with olive oil to make a vegetable marinade or blend it with garlic, parsley, and olive oil to serve as a condiment paste. Use our Baharat to make a spiced butter and melt it over broiled salmon or simply sprinkle it over a meal before serving for outstanding flavor!
