Aji Panca Chile Peppers - Dried


The Aji Panca chile is the second most popular chile in Peruvian cuisine and has a berry, fruity-like flavor with smoky and lingering warmth. To make a wonderful wet paste for chicken or pork, soak in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes, drain, and then blend with garlic, olive oil, and salt. This chile is the perfect condiment for chicken kebabs!
