My first cake!!!
My first cake!!! An amazing success as well. Worked off of Sally's Baking Addiction's Upgraded German Chocolate Cake using Dark Dutch cocoa for the milk chocolate frosting. Then I kinda went off on my own tangent a bit and made a pour over glaze using some of our Black Dutch. Even kept things local with Cabot Creamery ...

One thing I love about Skordo spices is that having a handful of the blends and rubs on hand makes creative meals so easy. I bought the baharat blend after eating at a restaurant of the same name. Bison Meat Sauce using SKORDO Italian Seasoning
My friend came over and made some very delicious bison meat sauce & pasta, using skordo's Italian blend and the crushed red pepper flakes. First time having bison, and I think I'm a fan! Thankfully the company selling said meat is passionate about bison sustainability and population. Makes it easier to swallow 😉
Chicken Fried Rice w/ SKORDO Togarashi
A few nights ago I used the togarashi blend in chicken fried rice. So good, it had just enough spiciness that I didn't have to chug a gallon of milk afterwards but it really added to the dish! Next time I just have to remember the water chestnuts and bean sprouts lol!
